STAFF TRAINING & SUPPORT Ultimate coaching is for the experienced doctor that is already doing well, but could use expert systems and analysis to take their business to the next level or even through the roof. With more than 30 years of chiropractic business experience, Dr. Gay will show you how to become and stay motivated by sharing with you his proven practice systems. GOAL ASSIGNMENTS Individual assignments are given to Member for mentorship and education based on Member’s short and long-term goals with a customized plan of action for achievement.

CONSULTATIONS (TELEPHONE, FAX, EMAIL) Member will have a half-hour phone call (26 per year total) with Consultant to discuss the needs, action blocks, goals, and wins. Additional access via phone, fax, or email during normal business hours to Consultant with any further questions.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING – SEMINARS Member can attend quarterly Seminars presented by Consultant at a discounted fee from regular fee price to accelerate their success. These seminars are developed by Consultant and include (but not limited to) are: Team building and training, Marketing and Advertising, Procedures and Protocols, Associateships and Multiple-doctor Practices.
