Patients are always right in their own eyes. Agree with them where you can, and then do what you can to make them happy.
6) Never say, “I don’t know!”
If you don’t know what the answer is to a patient’s question, say, “That’s a good question. Let me see if I can find out for you.”
7) Remember, the patient pays your wages!
Every dollar you earn comes from the patient’s pocket. Treat them like the boss. They sign your paycheck!

Choose positive words when speaking to a customer. This is a valuable habit that will help you become an effective communicator.

Do something or say something that brings a little sunshine into each patient’s life. Soon you will discover that your own life is brighter and happier!

Always do just a little more than the patient expects. You will be richly rewarded for this habit.
